SUNDAY EVENING CONVERSATIONS
“A place to commune, communicate, connect”
Practitioner Maggie Cole
"Rise Up - Stand Up - Speak Up"
"Rise Up - Stand Up - Speak Up"
"What was the source of our first suffering? It lies in the fact that we
hesitated to speak…it was born in the moments when we accumulated
silent things within us." ~ Gaston Bachelard
"To rise means lifting your vibration and expanding your awareness of that
which is true, that which is eternal, that which is real, and that which is
forever. To shine means you are expressing, you are giving, you are
sharing, you are radiating, and you are celebrating your giftedness
and circulating it in a very powerful way." ~ Christian Sorenson
"Our role is to shine, not to resign to circumstances, to business
as usual, the status quo, or to things as they have always been.
We are to walk through the world beaming, shining, and glowing with
the inner recognition of our oneness with the Presence of God, so that
when we take action, we take it with the frequency of light and luminosity
infused in our action." ~ Michael Bernard Beckwith

We, the Practitioners on our Sunday Evening Conversation team, all turned in our titles last December. In revisiting them, when the time comes, I sometimes wonder where did that title come from, given the theme for the month that is already formed, “Wholly Holy Uprising.”
My title is no mystery, I have much energy on this subject. The world seems to remind me, invite men, in so many ways, to take action and speak up. In the time of Covid and sheltering in place, I have felt inhibited many times. I welcome you to join me and speak to where you are in rising up, standing up and speaking up. If, like me, you may have had or may be aware of something standing in the way of these actions, we can talk about that as well.

I’m looking forward to a stimulating conversation. All are welcome here.
