"Finding Time to Practice" Sunday Evening, May 22, 7 pm

Now is the time... At our Sunday evening service last week we enjoyed a conversation with meditators from three different traditions.  They shared some of their experience and as well as tips on a robust practice. This Sunday, May 22, at 7 pm, Rev. Tara Steele will discuss a key step in adopting any spiritual practice, "Finding Time to Practice".   How do we find time?  Willpower, discipline, grace?  All of the above? Or something else?  Please come join the conversation, all are welcome. And we will have time for spiritual practice during the service, this Sunday, 7 pm in the North Wing at the Center for Spiritual Living.

The service begins at 7 pm in Room 10 (North Wing), Center for Spiritual Living.  Plan to bring your meditation questions and your own experience to share in our circle.  All are welcome.
