"How Is Your Story Working for You?", Rev. Tara Steele, 7 pm, Sunday, February 26, 2017

What do you tell yourself about who you are, about your purpose, about what's possible?  Are those beliefs, those stories about your world serving you or do they need some editing, or even a total rewrite? Join Rev. Tara Steele this Sunday evening, as she invites us to examine our stories and consider being the hero or heroine of the tale.  The service begins at 7 pm in Room 10.  All are welcome as we share in spiritual community and learn together.

Variety can bring things to life, monotonous gray dances into lively color. "Diversity" and "inclusivity" are our values focus this month.  What do these terms mean to you? Are they important?  Have you had experiences in your life where they made a difference, by their presence or their absence?  Join Practitioner Maggie Cole as she leads a conversation exploring these questions and others.  The Sunday evening service begins at 7 pm in Room 10, North Wing.  All are welcome.

"What's Underneath the Appearance?" Maggie Cole, RScP, 7 pm, Sunday, February 5, 2017

Maggie Cole writes:  Remember the old saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, many of us have done it. We hear a lot about diversity and inclusivity these days.  What does it mean to us as individuals, as a community, a society. Let’s talk about it and look underneath the appearance and see what is wanting to be revealed in our experience. Let us see as God sees. Sunday evening services begin at 7 pm in Room 10.  This Sunday, Maggie is joined by Calvin Johnson who brings his gift of song.  Come a bit early to enjoy Calvin's music before the service.
