"We may never be strong enough to be entirely non-violent in thought,
word and deed. But we must keep non-violence as our goal and
make steady progress towards it." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

The power of nonviolence can only change the world if it comes from within. What are the messages you say to yourself? Do you self-flagellate with messages of judgment, frustration or shame? Would you talk to God the way you talk to yourself? Practicing non-violence begins between the ears and grows in the heart.
Join me this Sunday evening as we explore the violence we do with our own self talk and the ways to transmute them with love and compassion physically, mentally and spiritually.
The conversation begins at 7 pm in Room 11, North Wing. All are welcome.
