Words like Vulnerability, Empowerment, Integrity, Compassion, all so powerful and meaningful were remote, unused and foreign to me until I came into this teaching. I recall looking up the word “vulnerable” many years ago because I kept hearing it and the way it was being used, I resonated with it, without realizing it’s true meaning. In the dictionary one of the definitions was “open to attack” and there was an immediate understanding of the reasons why people didn’t want to be or even appear vulnerable.
