Want more meditation in your life? Learn how this Sunday, May 15, 7 pm

Linda Marshall, RScP, Lauren Darges, RScP and David Leake are guests at this Sunday's evening service.  Following our opening stillness and prayer, each of these regular meditators will talk a bit about how meditation has unfolded in their life, what has worked, what hasn't.  And we'll have time to share a bit meditation together.

The service begins at 7 pm in Room 10 (North Wing), Center for Spiritual Living.  Plan to bring your meditation questions and your own experience to share in our circle.  All are welcome.

  1. I'm looking forward to our conversations tonight. I learned a technique that is ideal for people with busy lives who live in the world. It's what's referred to as a householder's practice, developed 2,500 year prior to Buddhism. It does not require concentration nor effort, and is practiced seated comfortable, eye closed. It does not involve chanting, changing your lifestyle, becoming vegetarian, or repetition of a mantra. The technique is effortless and delivers rest from 3 to 5 times deeper than the best rest one can achieve in a night's sleep. More info at ~ David Leake

  2. Thank you for attending our panel and Q&A. If you'd like to schedule a more in depth pre-requisite information session with the professional meditation teacher, Peter Vroom, whose N Cal courses I manage, email me
