Our minds are almost always filled with thoughts, many of them R-rated. That's R as is Ridiculous, thoughts from our past, our conditioning, our fantasies, our worries, just plain R-rated. And they're often under our radar screen, not available to our conscious minds but planting negative ideas in the fertile ground of our subconscious.
Good news -- we don't have to stick with Ridiculousness. There are ways to be more aware of our thoughts and choose what we tell ourselves. These practices can transform our lives -- and they are available to everyone -- PG, plenty good.
